I'm Raphaella Martins de Sá, a Brazilian psychologist. I work online, in Portuguese and English, with Brazilians in Brazil and abroad looking for a safe space to care for their emotional wellbeing.

I'm Brazilian, with a degree in Psychology from Universidade Estácio de Sá (2019–2024), and I currently live in Ireland. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent years alongside people who needed care the most: I was a family caregiver for a relative undergoing cancer treatment for over a decade, and later a volunteer caregiver for elderly people in my community in Brazil.
That experience — being present in someone's most delicate moments, with patience, listening and respect — is the foundation of my work as a psychologist. Today, I also support children's social and emotional development in Ireland, which has deepened my interest in developmental psychology and family bonds.
I believe in a warm, non-judgemental psychology that sees the person behind the diagnosis or the complaint — and that understands, in a very particular way, what it means to be far from home.
